BRIDGING TO ACCESS TO CARE. (formerly known as Brooklyn AIDS Task Force), is Brooklyn’s oldest nonprofit prevention, treatment and health service organization, providing comprehensive HIV/AIDS, mental health and substance abuse related services to under-served racial and ethnic minority communities in the borough.

The BAC team works with high need individuals who experience difficulty coordinating their significant health care needs.
