Small Business Assistance Corporation

The Small Business Assistance Corporation (SBAC) is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), certified by the U.S. Department of Treasury. Additionally, SBAC is a Community Advantage Lender and a Certified Development Company (CDC) licensed by the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and contracted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Georgia’s Department of Community Affairs (DCA), and the City of Savannah, to promote small business development through financing and technical assistance. We offer a wide variety of loan programs for new and existing businesses in our area.

SBAC is dedicated to providing professional small business support services to small business in the City of Savannah and surrounding area. This Corporation will strive for socio-economic improvement for all citizens through the expansion of small business by systematic focus on equitable access to capital management assistance and business opportunities for all segments of our community. Through these efforts this Corporation will create employment for low or moderate income people and revitalize low income communities.
