The AKIAKOLLA FOUNDATION is a non-profit organization that teaches young people worldwide the basics of photography, including the historical and systematic aspects of this art form.
We provide a non-traditional education that goes beyond the classroom. This year are expanding our curriculum to include all visual art platforms. For nearly a decade our foundation has been actively involved in participatory photography workshops, traveling exhibitions, and youth-centered interactive programs.
