Good Futures is a 2-3 year professional development programme which aims to fast track talented people from diverse backgrounds into frontline service delivery in the non-profit sector and subsequently into service management. It is a collaboration between Vanilla and three charitable organisations (Family Action, Terrence Higgins Trust, and Thera Group), and will pilot this year by placing our first cohort of 12 trainees into frontline services in England (Suffolk, London, Coventry, Hemel Hamstead, Northampton, Essex).
