Our goal is to build a foundation of peace, understanding and friendship through the free distribution of books.
We send books around the world, including in the U.S., in response to requests from peace corp volunteers, non-profit organizations and others. Many of the places we send books find them a rare commodity. Our books help people with literacy, information on health topics, vocational skills and much, much more. All of our books are donated by the community and publishers. Everyone who works at Book Aid is a volunteer.
