To provide 100% access to quality HIV/AIDS care with zero disparities in health outcomes so that everyone regardless of race, socioeconomic status, or sexual orientation has an equal chance to be successfully treated.To provide quality HIV prevention and care services in a safe and nurturing environment.To unite the diverse communities of Harlem in order to address theneeds of all people living with and threatened by HIV and AIDS.We do this through physical, emotional, social,and spiritual empowerment.
