Society of Family Planning

The Society of Family Planning strives for just and equitable abortion and contraception, which is informed by science. We aim to achieve our vision by serving as the source for science on abortion and contraception and supporting research regarding abortion and contraception. Our accomplishments include building a community of approximately 1,900 scholars and partners, supporting the production of 21 well-regarded clinical practice guidelines, and convening the premier scientific conference on abortion and contraception. Also, we are one of the few organizations committed to funding research on abortion and contraception.
