The Delaware Interscholastic Cycling League (DE League) was established in 2022 and operates as a project of The National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA). NICA is the national governing body for interscholastic cycling , and provides governance and program support to promote the development of state leagues throughout the United States. NICA currently supports 31 leagues serving over 26,000 student athletes annually.
The Delaware League is a state youth development organization and advances NICA’s mission to build strong bodies, minds, character, and communities through cycling. We use mountain biking to promote healthy lifestyles, build strong communities and engage Delaware youth in trail stewardship.
