CHW Workforce Development, Inc.

CHW Workforce in collaboration with the MOER Foundation, Inc. seeks to educate and provide local training resources for 500 potential youth seeking career as a Community Health Worker annually. CHW Workforce presents an opportunity to assess effective practices in recruiting, supervising, and supporting CHWs as an intricate part of the healthcare workforce.

Our focus at CHW-WFD is to connect individuals experiencing perpetual poverty who are also high users of hospital and clinical services with Community Health Workers (CHWs) in order to increase utilization of primary care and reduce unnecessary utilization of emergency services.
