United Health Center’s (UHC) mission is to provide care that builds healthier communities. We are committed to ensuring access to high-quality, affordable, comprehensive healthcare for all residents of Forsyth County, regardless of their insurance status or their ability to pay.
Sobre Nós
At United Health Centers, we see patients regardless of whether they have health insurance. We offer a sliding fee scale for those without insurance, based on household income & family size. Our centers accept all Medicaid patients. Assistance is provided to apply for Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act. We also accept same day appointments: schedule by phone by calling 336-955-1379.
