Prevent Child Abuse New York is the only statewide, nonprofit organization in New York solely dedicated to preventing child abuse and neglect. Since 1980, PCANY has inspired parents, policy makers, and community members to put the needs of children first, focusing on community programs and public policies that prioritize prevention right from the start, so child abuse and neglect never occur. Through statewide leadership and collaboration, our work ensures the healthy development and well being of New York's children and families.
