Keep Active work in Partnership with the NHS community Rehab team of Physiotherapists. We need volunteers to work with our clients for an hour a week for 9 weeks to help them with mobility goals or exercises.

Full training will be provided on this.

Our goal is to enable the older people we see to recover from a hospital stay and to be able to continue to be active and independent within their homes and communities.

Keep Active is run as part of the charity Bishop Creighton House.
