Mama Glow Foundation

Mama Glow is a Brooklyn-based, Black, female-founded organization training and supporting a global community of doulas and servicing individuals along the reproductive continuum. The Mama Glow Foundation, our philanthropic 501c3 non-profit, is committed to advancing reproductive justice and birth equity through education, advocacy, and the arts. The Foundation strives to improve maternal health outcomes in three primary ways. 1. Providing educational scholarships to aspiring doulas and midwives, 2. Robust workforce development and, doula matching, providing mentorship and professional development support to our global community of doulas, and 3. Cultivating community partners and agencies and working at the local, state and federal level. We have over 2,500 doulas globally who are mobilized and actively working to address the needs of birthing people. The Foundation provides pro-bono doula services, through our Love Delivered Initiative, in partnership with L’Oreal/Carol’s Daughter and through the City of New York. The Mama Glow Foundation is one of 7 partner organizations serving NYC as part of Mayor Adams’ expansion of the Citywide Doula Initiative.
