Otet Uganda

Otet Uganda is a skill training center for blind children and teenagers in Northern Uganda. It aims to include and embrace the challenges of the blind through intensive training in mobility, computer skills, communication, language training and Braille where blind children will gain the knowledge and confidence to enroll successfully into main stream education. We envision a world where the blind are independently integrated and equal contributors in the society. Our mission is to empower blind people to be self-reliant through a special school focusing on agriculture and skill-based training.
