CHAMPIONS SPECIAL MINISTRIES INC

Champions Special Ministries is a Faith-based, non-profit ministry located in Overland Park. We travel to cities across the Midwest and organize Day Camps for kids and young adults with disabilities. Our HIGH energy, HIGH fun camp activities include: games, sports, music, crafts, Bible lessons, worship, dance parties, and themed parties. Needless to say, summer is our favorite season.

We recruit local volunteers to serve at our Champions Day Camps as "coaches" (1-1 buddies with a camper with disabilities). Volunteers receieve a 50 hour service certificate as well as a Champions t-shirt for their service. We cannot make Camp happen without volunteers! Partner with us in your city!
