Campus Outreach Services was founded seventeen years ago by Katie Koestner who appeared on the cover of TIME Magazine and is the subject of an HBO Movie. COS provides educational and risk management programs and services to over 1,600 client schools, colleges and organizations. We provide curricula, risk management tools and webinars. DragonFly learning was created as an off-shoot of COS to extend our services to online formats.
