Missão
CCSPA is a direct provider of social services to at risk and vulnerable populations and an indirect provider by partnering with social service providers and like minded agencies in the Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington area. Our mission is to serve those communities in need with financial literacy services, healthcare awareness, resources for social service assistance. We also partner with other non-profit groups that serve to uplift people in communities that are underserved.

The targets populations of the outreach of CCSPA social services includes but is not limited to:
Elderly Citizens
Racial and Ethnic Minorities
Immigrants
Members of All Religious Groups
Disabled (Limited, Physically or Mentally Challenged)
Active and Former Military Service Members
Low-to-Moderate Income Consumers or people on low fixed income
Citizens on Public Assistance
People with Limited Education
People who are under ot who have been under financial distress
People who have been or were Incarcerated
Students and Young Adults (K-12 and College)
Children Designated as "At Risk"
