To assist disabled and disadvantaged people in developing countries to become independent, mobile and healthy and to achieve dignity in their communities.

Activities include setting up self-help small businesses with training and micro-credit loans that employ disabled people, setting up of rehabilitation centres, manufacturing of low-cost mobility devices and prosthetics that suit the individuals' need and encouraging advocacy to gain human rights , along with improvements to access to buildings.
