The MIT Energy Initiative (MITEI) is MIT’s energy hub, pairing world-class research teams from across the Institute with government and industry to respond to global energy challenges through research, education, and outreach. MITEI-sponsored researchers are developing cutting-edge solutions and bringing new technologies to the marketplace. In addition, our staff is helping to lead Institute energy education efforts and produces comprehensive analyses for policy makers.
