Tandem, Partners in Early Learning

Tandem, Partners in Early Learning® works with the whole community to ensure all families have the resources, skills, and confidence they need to support their children’s kindergarten readiness. We believe in an equitable and just society where all children enter school ready to succeed. Tandem® programming is three-fold: to provide high-quality, age-appropriate, multilingual, diverse children’s books; to deliver training for educators, families, and community members; and to build a strong community-wide commitment to support children’s early learning. Since 2003, Tandem has served over 100,000 children ages 0-5 and their families in San Francisco, Alameda, and Contra Costa counties.
