The Mission of Family Service Foundation, Inc. is to provide advocacy and support services to persons with Intellectual Disabilities (ID) and Mental Health (MH) issues, with a special emphasis in serving persons who are Deaf and Deaf-Blind. FSF is committed in assisting all individuals in making the transition from inpatient settings to the community, aiding those in the community to remain in the setting which best meets their needs, and restoring individuals to optimal levels of self-sufficiency and productivity. By working in jobs, living in their own homes, enjoying friends and recreational activities, persons with disabilities can lead full lives in order to enhance their personal well-being and community involvement.
