REAL Services/Area 2 Agency on Aging

REAL Services/Area 2 Agency on Aging plans, develops, implements and administers a network of services to elderly and disabled individuals, and low income families which is based on age and/or economic status. The ultimate goal of the agency is to allow persons to remain independent and in their own homes to the maximum degree possible, and to find meaning and satisfaction throughout their lives. We offer information and referral, case management, in-home services, nutrition, transportation, guardianship, energy assistance, and home weatherization, among others.

Volunteers expand our programs by assisting with meal delivery, advocacy, grocery shopping, respite companionship, friendly visitors, housekeepers, handymen, group projects, guardianship assistance, and ombudsman assistance.
