Old Colony Hospice

Old Colony Hospice, Inc. is a non-profit, Medicare certified, accredited health care organization that provides interdisciplinary services to meet the physical, spiritual and psychosocial needs of patients with advanced disease and their families/loved ones.

Old Colony Hospice has provided hospice care since 1979 within 36 cities and towns located in Bristol, Plymouth and Norfolk counties. Old Colony Hospice is a free-standing hospice with contracts in many skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, as well as five acute-care hospitals. We are not owned by another company, but are self-governing.
