The Victor Valley Animal Protective League Humane Society's mission is to provide and maintain a safe haven for the lost and unwanted animals of the Victor Valley. To assure that the animal's stay with us will be as comfortable as possible, it is expected that the animals will be treated with humane respect and care. No abuse will be tolerated.
