The Alcohol Policy Network (APN) is a 501(c)(3) that is committed to promoting healthier and safer communities in Alameda County and beyond. Through community organizing, advocacy, research and education we work to reduce the negative consequences associated with the disproportionate targeting of alcohol to primarily low-income and disenfranchised communities.
