Top of Ohio Pet Shelter

The mission of the Top of Ohio Pet Shelter is to provide shelter for, and to facilitate adoption of, the homeless dogs and cats of Logan County;to educate the public about responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spaying and neutering; and to protect the animals of Logan County from both neglect and cruelty by investigating, citing, and assisting in the prosecution of cases of animal abuse.
