LGBT Equality Alliance of Chester County

LGBT Equality Alliance of Chester County, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose vision is a safe, supportive environment for the LGBTQ+ community in Chester County, PA.

Our mission is to serve the youth and adult LGBTQ+ community in Chester County through social, health, education, and outreach programs by collaborating with local organizations.

Founded in January 2015, the organization has become the leading non-profit organization for the LGBTQ+ community in the western Philadelphia suburban region.

As the organization grows, we’re in search of enthusiastic, talented people who will help us develop further in shared leadership of social, health, education, and outreach activities, as well as advocacy and community partnership.
