Jobs4U, Inc is a 501(c)3 non-profit serving folks with unique needs in Okaloosa and Walton Counties in Florida. We serve disabled adults, veterans, displaced homemakers, high school students and more.

Jobs4U takes the existing skills and knowledge of these individuals and trains them to be more successful in the workforce despite their unique needs. They provide classroom training, practice, on the job training, job placement services and job coaching to make the new position a success story for the hiring manager and the individual.

Jobs4U tailors the training to meet the need and the passion of the individual. For instance, our scrapping department was created by an intern who had a passion for turning metals into as much money as possible. Today the same person trains others to safely recognize, separate and strip metals from various donations and turn them into $$ to grow his department.

Jobs4U helps our community by increasing the pool of entry level workers for part time positions. Our area of the country struggles to find entry level workers even when unemployment is high elsewhere. Hiring managers who are willing to provide on the job training and work with our job coaches benefit in several ways. Our interns qualify for Work Opportunity Tax Credits, are armed with work ethics training, have a lower risk of turnover and they just might teach you something!!
