The Leadership Foundation of India (LFI) is a US non-profit organization that invests in and empowers the next generation of young women leaders in India by building a community of supporters and dedicated resources for girls' education and leadership development.We primarily carry out this mission by supporting the establishment and growth of the Avasara Academy, an Indian higher secondary school that seeks to develop the leadership potential of India's brightest young women.
