CREOKS MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

CREOKS Health Services is a non-profit organization providing comprehensive health, wellness, and social services. Our behavioral health division offers more than 40 years of quality services and program that benefit adult, adolescents, and children. We currently have 24 locations across Eastern Oklahoma and one in Mountain View Arkansas. CREOKS’ reputation has allowed us to work with local agencies, schools, and civic organizations.

Our caring and professional staff provide outpatient behavioral health services in our clinics, in-home and through school-based programs to facilitate recovery and healthy family lives. We help individuals needing brief counseling, substance abuse treatment or those struggling with behavioral issues. We’re committed to the individual and strives to provide compassion and respect to our clients and their families. Taking time to listen and properly assess client needs enables CREOKS to provide workable and successful solutions.
