Momentum360 exists to make sure no one has to face homelessness or hardship alone. We believe real change happens through real relationships, not one-time handouts. By meeting people where they are, we connect individuals with practical resources like transportation, identification assistance, employment support, housing navigation, phones, and ongoing case management that help remove barriers to stability.

Our goal isn't just to provide resources. It's to walk alongside every person with dignity, consistency, and compassion while helping them build a path toward lasting independence. Whether someone needs immediate support today or long-term guidance over the coming months, we're committed to showing up with open hands and without judgment.

Momentum360 is a Denver-based nonprofit serving adults experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and other barriers to self-sufficiency. Our team provides individualized case management, resource navigation, transportation assistance, employment support, identification and document recovery, phone access, and connections to housing and community resources. Through weekly street outreach, partnerships with local organizations, and one-on-one support, we meet people where they are and help remove the barriers preventing them from moving forward.

Everything we do is rooted in dignity, compassion, and the belief that every person deserves access to real opportunities, not just temporary solutions. We work to bridge the gap between available resources and the people who need them most, creating pathways toward stability, independence, and lasting change.
