The School’s mission is to create and disseminate knowledge and analytic methods that are highly valued by policy makers and leader in the public, nonprofit and business worlds; and to educate students who are highly qualified and sought after as policy analysts, program evaluators, and designers of administrative systems. This mission is focused on economic and social development on the local, regional, national, and global levels. The instruments used by the School to achieve and carry out its mission include a variety of educational programs, scholarly and applied research activities and public service.
