Driven by its founding mission, the Y has served as a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community for more than 175 years. The Y empowers everyone, no matter who they are or where they’re from, by ensuring access to resources, relationships and opportunities for all to learn, grow and thrive. By bringing together people from different backgrounds, perspectives and generations, the Y’s goal is to improve overall health and well-being, ignite youth empowerment and demonstrate the importance of connections in and across 10,000 communities nationwide.

Established in 1955, we have a long history of providing programs and services for children, teens, seniors, families and those with special needs in the North Penn, Indian Valley, and Perkiomen Valley communities. We service 21,000 members at three facilities located in Lansdale, Harleysville, and Franconia Township. Plus, we provide on-site childcare at schools in two local school districts and offer outreach programs in multiple locations.

Our YMCA programs teach the core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility and continue our tradition of emphasis upon youth, health and wellness, and meeting needs in the community we serve. We have always grown from within its community and is a reflection of the community itself in diversity and values.
