Slow Food’s mission is to support Good, Clean and Fair Food for All. To defend biodiversity in our agriculture through The Ark of Taste, to support international food producers through Terra Madre. To champion good quality, sustainable proteins through Slow Meat and Slow Fish. To help expand gardening and culinary education through Slow Food School Gardens. To encourage people to gather and laugh and eat and share through Slow Food Nations.
