Our mission is to foster a community of learners and doers
by encouraging creativity, perseverance and ingenuity at any age.
Our goal is to promote our community's diversity of skills, interests
and ways of learning; stimulate the acquisition of new skills;
encourage collaborations across disciplines and support entrepreneurship.
Sobre Nós
Los Alamos Makers provides STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) educational services and training for people of all ages. These services include providing access to tools, space, mentoring, classes, talks, workshops and hands-on activities. The specific objectives and purpose of this organization shall be: a. to provide STEAM instruction and mentoring; b. to provide facilities, equipment and tools for participants to engage in STEAM activities; c. to encourage and facilitate STEAM entrepreneurial endeavors; d. to sponsor, host and/or participate in events and activities that promote STEAM.
