Strengthen and sustain a vibrant, inclusive community that enriches lives through Jewish values, innovation and stewardship.

The Association’s mission begins with the word “strengthen” as an immediate acknowledgement of the great work already being done by dozens of organizations successfully serving the Jewish community. The Association’s primary purpose is to assure the long-term viability of our community by providing leadership, financial support and synergy with other Jewish organizations in the greater Phoenix area, in Israel and throughout the world.

Sustain

The Association is uniquely positioned to develop the strategic plans that build our community, cultivate and train leaders for future generations and provide the necessary resources to help ensure the long-term success of organizations that benefit Jewish people locally, in Israel and around the globe.

Vibrant

A vibrant community is engaged and inter-connected with every generation in a variety of ways that help all members of the community to thrive.

Welcoming and embracing each generation across all walks of life.

We bring people together in our neighborhood, our city, our state, our country, and Jews overseas, including the people of Israel.

Enrich Lives

The Association’s success is measured by the well-being of every individual we touch. We provide services and programs that help develop toddlers, engage children, motivate teens, challenge young adults, inspire adults, connect families, and benefit the elderly.

Jewish Values

Each individual has his or her own definition of what it means to be Jewish, but undeniably, we celebrate family, education, culture, and the importance of our Jewish homeland as we also perform ongoing acts of tzedakah (charity) and tikkun olam (repairing the world).

Innovation The Association pioneers the identification and implementation of strategic initiatives that proactively develop leadership and assist organizations to serve unmet needs.

Stewardship We are honored by the trust people place in the Association. Consequently, we are transparent in the ways we safeguard the funds we invest, and we manage staff, programs and services according to strategically-focused priorities.
