PAWS of Bainbridge Island and North Kitsap has been serving the community for over 48 years. While most people know PAWSBINK as the best place to adopt a cat or kitten, the agency also provides a range of programs including: spay/neuter and emergency veterinary assistance for low-income families; pet surrender and adoption services; the Pets and Loving Seniors (PALS) program to help seniors on a fixed income retain their lifelong companion pets; Safe Harbor free cat boarding for those facing a life crisis; educational outreach; and a pet food bank for low-income families.
PAWS is an independent 501(c) (3) nonprofit charitable organization and is supported entirely by private contributions.
