Missão
Our mission is to deliver nutritious meals to community members who are unable to purchase and prepare meals on their own. We work alongside the local hospital, nursing homes, and social workers to assist patients with getting access to food services in Grant County. The majority of our clients have been able to stay in their homes due to our food delivery service.
Sobre Nós
So far in 2021, an average of 200 meals have been delivered each week which means our program touches around 50 individuals in Grant County. In a county with an estimated 65 and over population of 12,783 (per 2019 census), our program has the potential to grow substantially with the help of volunteer support (Stats Indiana - Indiana's Public Data Utility, 2021).
