CAREERS for People with Disabilities, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that finds productive employment for individuals with learning, developmental, psychiatric and/or physical disabilities; provides extensive on-the-job training and ongoing support services; educates employers and the community about the benefits of hiring workers with disabilities; and forms effective partnerships with employees, employers and families. CAREERS’ fundamental goal is to assist its clients in achieving the satisfaction of sustained, gainful employment within their communities.
