Planned Parenthood of the Mid-Hudson Valley has been providing quality reproductive health services, education and advocacy programs for over 80 years. Our mission is to ensure that all individuals are able to make their own personal reproductive choices. We believe that reproductive self-determination must be voluntary and preserve the right to privacy. We further believe that such self-determination contributes to an enhancement of the quality of life, strong family relationships and responsible decision-making.

We work to ensure access, without barriers, to reproductive health care and to protect the privacy, dignity and basic rights of the individual. We provide comprehensive sexuality education so that everyone can make informed decisions. And we advocate for laws and policies to support the right of every individual to manage his or her own fertility.
