16 Strong Project Inc. focuses on providing resources and support for young people impacted by adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). Educating young people about ACEs helps to address the root causes of a high percentage of mental health challenges and substance use issues. By taking a proactive approach to mental health and emotional well-being, we can address the youth mental health crisis and subsequently lower the rate of depression, anxiety, substance misuse, self-harm, and suicidality in young people. We are dedicated to empowering resilience ACEs through student-led initiatives, educational workshops, school partnerships, and community outreach.
