Grace Community Services provides vital support for some of the most exposed residents of Jersey City: people who are hungry and our elderly community members. Our two main programs are Grace Senior Center for Healthy Living and Breakfast Plus. Both programs are the only ones in downtown Jersey City meeting these ever expanding needs.
