Fresh Start is a 68 bed facility that provides affordable residential treatment through a year-long, 12-Step, faith-based transitional program for men recovering from life controlling problems of which the most typical is substance abuse. Additioanlly, Fresh Start operates a 20 unit apartment complex near the program for Aftercare housing for graduates or those in recovery who are looking for a sober environment. Operating since 1986, the Fresh Start program enables a man to recover from his addiction through a safe & secure environment, classes, support groups and biblical counseling. Fresh Start begins with an intervention, by confronting the individual with his dysfunction and its impact on his life, and then by principles of accountability, and spirituality the man is introduced to positive role models to help redirect his life physically, mentally and spiritually.
