United Way of the River Cities is a non-profit organization that seeks to better the human condition in our community. United Way garners resources - human and financial - and directs them to the organization, initiative or collaborative partnership that best addresses our area's most pressing problems.

Communities with high rates of employment are safe and strong. Skilled and educated individuals can find work and receive higher wages to support their families.

Families are the foundation on which strong communities are built. All individuals, including children and the elderly, thrive in safe and supportive environments.
