Our Mission here at Upper Valley Humane Society is a three prong approach. It is a full service animal shelter that offers open admission and an unlimited stay policy for our animals. We also offer a variety of commuinty resources such as but not limited to Humane Education and cruelty investigation. Our third elemnt is our Partners in Humanity Program. Our policy is mission over finance.
