Community Connection for Youth, Hanford, CA Central Valley

Our program is an all inclusive compact program that addresses the social, academic, health, cultural, employment, financial and creative need in the community. We provide 9 months of High Impact workshops and classes for the youth in the communities we serve. Our goal is to make a positive impact on the youth and their families in the communities we serve. Youth today are faced with lack of practical community activities that will enrich their lives. Our goal is to follow each child that enrolls into our program through to the date of graduating from our program or high school which ever comes first. Our object is to have the students who graduate our program come back to mentor other youth. Our target population is Low Income, At Risk, Underprivileged, youth ages 6-19 from all ethnic backgrounds.
