Homeownership Counseling Association of the Delaware Valley

The Homeownership Counseling Association of Delaware Valley (HCA) was founded in 1996 to provide training and technical assistance for both new and experienced housing counselors. The organization is comprised of forty-one housing counseling agencies and five associate members (banks, businesses, and social service agencies). HCA has certified 750 housing counselors in pre-purchase counseling and foreclosure intervention housing counselors.
