To offer audiences in the San Francisco Bay Area operatic productions of the highest quality while providing for the professional growth of emerging artists, as well as experienced directors, designers, and other artistic personnel, and maintaing the traditions of community participation and education.
Sobre Nós
West Bay Opera is a professional performing arts organization established in 1956, the second oldest opera company in continuous operation in the West after San Francisco Opera. It produces three fully-staged operas each season in October, February and May and performs them at the Lucie Stern Theatre in Palo Alto.
