The mission of Opportunities, Alternatives, and Resources of Tompkins County (OAR/TC), a community based non-profit organization, is to advocate for and assist people who are or have been incarcerated in the Tompkins County Jail, as well as their family and friends. OAR also provides programs which help constructively restore and maintain our clients' inclusion in the community.
