QVCDC, located in west-central Massachusetts, is focused on community beconomic development primarily through assistance to small and emerging businesses. We provide loans, training and technical assistance to regional small businesses. Periodically we engage in develop projects to benefit member communities or other constituents. We own and are housed in a four-unit commercial building in Ware, MA that serves several nonprofit agencies.
